Understand the difference – make a difference
This course will clarify the difference between coaching and mentoring and will enable anyone planning or willing to coach or mentor within the workplace to approach the role with confidence and skill.
The sessions involve a mix of tutor input, group work, role play and feedback. Each delegate will receive a course manual and handouts although they may also wish to take notes.
