Alison has provided help and assistance to the General Dental Council and their Dental Complaints Service. She was involved with the Dental Complaints Service at the start, helped recruit and train the complaints panellists (lay and clinical) and staff. Her involvement continues with this UK leading complaints resolution service to this day.
Using her experience of running her own training and management consultancy practice coupled with a significant experience in complaints handling, people management, communication skills and customer service Alison helps dental practices and their owners improve their practice performance and their preparedness to deal with those tricky patient interactions that are the reality of delivering dentistry in the 21st Century.
