This workshop has been designed to help the ‘non-financial manager’ have an understanding of key financial concepts and to acquire the skills necessary to produce and interpret financial data. Intensive, this training is based around tutor input, group and individual exercises and review. By the end of the programme participants will be able to understand the role budgeting and forecasting plays in creating and maintaining a successful organisation. Each delegate will receive a course manual and handouts.
