As a business our roots were in the Local Government arena.  Our Managing Director originally spent several years establishing and heading up the training and development function for Braintree District Council in the late 1980s.  Setting up the business in 1990, her reputation at Braintree District Council meant that we quickly developed a Local Authority following.

We have retained this reputation in Local Government for all these years working with many District, Borough, County and Unitary Authorities, providing services ranging from staff training through to senior management and Member development.   Some of our Local Government clients are still with us from the early days!

Our understanding of public sector values and culture has been further strengthened by our work within the NHS. This has included designing performance management systems, management development programmes and specific consultancy services within dentistry.
