Questioning and Listening

Two fundamental skills

This one day course uses these two fundamental skills as its focus. Delegates will appreciate the power of active listening. They will be able to apply excellent question technique and as a result become more skilled communicators. This course could be taken as an initial workshop before the courses on interpersonal skills and influencing. It also works well on its own. A participative approach is used, along with group and individual exercises, questionnaires and tutor input.
