Recruitment and Selection Interviewing
Get the right person for that role
This vital course is essential for anyone in a supervisory or management position who has to or will have to appoint staff. Tailored to match the client organisation’s recruitment and selection policies and procedures, it provides in depth knowledge and guidance on all key elements involved in the process of recruiting staff. The training will use a hypothetical vacancy within the organisation as a vehicle by which to trace all the stages of successful interviewing, culminating in two main panel role plays on day two.
