As a business our roots are in the public sector.  Our understanding of public sector values and culture has been further strengthened by our work within the NHS.  2011 brings tremendous change for the NHS with

  • GP consortia on course to take over commissioning,
  • the publishing of the consultation document ‘Liberating the NHS – developing the healthcare workforce’
  • and the online service enabling patients to rate NHS dentists for the first time

 to name but a few challenges. 

Never has there been a more important time, and opportunity, to develop leaders, managers and staff, to cope with challenge and change.   We have seen very successful medical professionals wrestle with the challenges of managing people and can help with that.  We’ve developed a specifically designed programme to help medical professionals with their leadership and people management roles. We have also helped with the implementation of performance management systems, designed and delivered change management  programmes and and have been commissioned to provide specific consultancy services across the NHS and also within dentistry.
