Stress Management
Practical work-life rebalance, stress reducing approaches
This workshop is suitable for staff and managers. It will assist anyone who feels they would benefit from ideas and techniques for managing their own stress and/or the stress in others. The day includes tutor input, group and individual exercises, questionnaires and action planning. There is optional pre-course work. Each delegate will receive a course manual and handouts.
